For all articles in sale on www.ugenio.it there is the recess right, as specified in the art. 5 of the Decree Legislative 22 May 1999, n. 185. Therefore:
• the free substitution of the goods is possible thanks to a simple demand if the article does not reach integral to the customer and if we have not satisfied you for other reasons, but the contested or refused goods must give back in integral confection;
• the term for the restitution of the product is fixed within 10 work days from the date of the reception of the goods.

Ugenio.it, however, has decided to supply some additional guarantees to those previewed from the law:
• the right of recess, according to the law, goes exercised with the shipment of a letter with reception warning. For us, it is sufficient that the communication happens through fax, telephone or e-mail, so our costumers save time and money;
• in case of defective goods, Ugenio.it will pay the forwarding charges to give back for the substitution of the product.
